AIBookWriting.com is operated by Network Package, a North Carolina business. These Terms govern your access to and use of AIBookWriting.com, the client portal, intake forms, messaging tools, AI-assisted book-production workflow, downloadable files, and related services.

AIBookWriting.com provides a custom AI-assisted nonfiction book-production service. The service helps clients convert ideas, notes, frameworks, transcripts, source links, and other submitted materials into manuscript drafts, chapter review files, formatted interior files, cover concepts, production notes, and delivery packages.

The service is intended for nonfiction authority books, business books, expert frameworks, educational books, guides, and professional knowledge products. It is not intended for fiction, poetry, children's books, screenplays, novels, or academic work that requires independent scholarly verification.

By using the site, creating an account, submitting intake information, purchasing a service package, uploading materials, sending messages, approving chapters, or downloading deliverables, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account, billing, and project information and to keep it current.

Each paid service package grants one project credit unless otherwise stated in writing. A project credit allows you to start one book project. Starting another book project requires another paid package, a manual project credit granted by Network Package, or a separate written agreement.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and quality of the materials you submit. This includes text, notes, transcripts, documents, links, images, logos, names, trademarks, claims, biographies, testimonials, examples, business information, and any other content you provide.

You agree not to submit materials that you do not have the right to use. You also agree not to submit confidential, regulated, medical, financial, legal, classified, or highly sensitive information unless you have determined it is appropriate and lawful to do so.

The service uses AI-assisted workflows to help create outlines, chapters, revisions, summaries, formatting, cover concepts, and related deliverables. AI output can contain mistakes, omissions, unsupported statements, formatting issues, or language that requires review.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, approving, and deciding whether to publish, share, sell, or rely on any deliverable. Network Package does not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-assisted content will be accurate, original, complete, error-free, compliant with platform rules, or suitable for your particular business, legal, financial, medical, educational, or professional purpose.

As between you and Network Package, you retain ownership of the original content and source materials you submit, subject to any third-party rights that may exist in those materials.

After full payment, and subject to these Terms, you may use the final approved manuscript, formatted interior files, cover concept files, and delivery files created for your project for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for confirming that any third-party materials, trademarks, quoted content, images, source files, or platform requirements allow your intended use.

You grant Network Package a limited license to host, process, copy, transform, format, transmit, and otherwise use your submitted materials and project outputs as needed to provide the service, operate the platform, troubleshoot issues, improve workflow quality, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

Package descriptions, estimated page counts, chapter counts, revision passes, cover options, and deliverables are estimates and service scopes, not exact guarantees. Actual output depends on the package selected, quality of intake, source material depth, formatting settings, trim size, images, spacing, revisions, and client approvals.

Cover concepts are design-direction deliverables unless a package or written agreement expressly includes final print-cover layout, spine calculation, image licensing, or publishing-platform upload support. Print platforms often require separate interior and cover files.

Included revision passes depend on the package purchased. A revision pass is a structured review cycle for improving direction, clarity, tone, structure, and specific client feedback. It does not include creating a completely unrelated new book, changing the subject matter after production has begun, or unlimited rewrites unless expressly stated in writing.

When you approve chapters, formatting, cover concepts, or final packages, you confirm that you have reviewed them and are ready for the next production step. Additional changes after approval may require more time, a new revision pass, or a separate fee.

Prices are listed at checkout and may change at any time before purchase. Coupons, promotional codes, and manual discounts may have issue dates, expiration dates, package restrictions, usage limits, or other conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, taxes, platform fees, payment processor fees, publishing costs, ISBN costs, image licensing costs, printing costs, and distribution costs are not included. Any tax treatment depends on the transaction, customer location, applicable law, and payment configuration.

Because this is a custom service that may begin shortly after purchase, refunds are not automatic once account access, intake processing, project setup, AI generation, drafting, review, or custom deliverable work has begun. Network Package may review refund requests case by case.

The service can create files designed to support publishing preparation, including formatted interior PDFs, cover concepts, production notes, and combined preview files. Network Package does not guarantee Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, bookstore, distributor, printer, or marketplace approval unless a separate publishing-prep service is expressly included.

You are responsible for ISBN ownership, copyright registration decisions, platform account setup, publication metadata, category selection, pricing, tax interviews, rights declarations, and final upload decisions.

You may not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, malware-related, fraudulent, or privacy-invasive content. You may not use the service to impersonate another person, misrepresent credentials, fabricate testimonials, plagiarize, or violate third-party rights.

Network Package may refuse, pause, remove, or terminate projects or accounts that appear to violate these Terms, platform safety rules, law, or the rights of others.

The service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, publishing-agent, or professional licensing advice. Information in drafts, production notes, Q&A pages, dashboards, or messages is for general service and workflow purposes only. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

Network Package does not guarantee sales, bestseller status, media attention, platform approval, business results, audience growth, legal compliance, factual accuracy, originality, copyright registration, trademark clearance, or that a book will meet any specific marketplace or printer requirement.

The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, databases, payment processing, AI model processing, file storage, email or messaging infrastructure, analytics, and other operational needs. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Network Package is not responsible for third-party outages, rule changes, fees, approvals, or platform decisions.

The site and client portal may be updated, paused, changed, or discontinued. Features may be added, removed, revised, or limited as the platform evolves. Network Package may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Network Package will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, publishing rejection, or claims arising from your use of generated or delivered content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Network Package's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific package or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Network Package from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your submitted materials, your use of deliverables, your publication or distribution decisions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
