Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 25, 2026. This policy explains how Network Package handles personal information and project content for AIBookWriting.com. Privacy requests may be sent to contact@aibookwriting.com.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Network Package, a North Carolina business operating AIBookWriting.com, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you visit the site, create an account, buy a service package, submit intake materials, use the client portal, send messages, approve chapters, or download files.

AIBookWriting.com is a custom AI-assisted nonfiction book-production service. Because clients may submit book ideas, business information, transcripts, notes, links, images, logos, and other source materials, this policy covers both ordinary account data and project content.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: email address, name if provided, password authentication data, account status, billing plan, project credits, login-related data, and client portal activity.

Checkout and billing information: selected package, coupon code, discount data, purchase records, and payment status. When live payments are enabled, payment card details should be handled by a payment processor such as Stripe and not stored directly by AIBookWriting.com.

Project information: book title, target reader, chapter ideas, pillars, tone settings, voice notes, source links, pasted text, uploaded files, revision requests, approval status, formatting preferences, ISBN or copyright details if provided, cover preferences, image or logo uploads, messages, and generated deliverables.

Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, cookies, session data, error logs, security logs, and similar diagnostic information.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide the service, create and manage accounts, process checkout, validate coupons, grant project credits, receive intake materials, generate and revise chapters, create cover concepts, format files, package deliverables, provide support, send service messages, troubleshoot errors, secure the platform, enforce terms, improve workflows, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use project content to operate the AI-assisted production workflow, including outline creation, chapter drafting, revision processing, formatting, cover concept generation, quality review, and output packaging.

4. AI Processing

To provide the service, project content may be sent to AI model providers or related infrastructure providers for processing. This may include prompts, chapter outlines, source excerpts, tone instructions, revision notes, and other project context needed to generate or revise deliverables.

Do not submit information you are not comfortable having processed for the purpose of creating your book project. Avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information, regulated information, trade secrets, confidential third-party information, or information you do not have permission to use.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The site may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, client portal access, selected plans, admin access, security, preference storage, analytics, and troubleshooting. Essential cookies are used so the account, checkout, dashboard, and admin features can work correctly.

Analytics cookies or similar tracking scripts are used only after a visitor accepts analytics cookies in the cookie preference notice. AIBookWriting.com may use Statcounter to understand traffic patterns, pages visited, browser information, approximate location, referring pages, and similar site-performance information. Visitors can choose Essential only if they do not want analytics loaded.

You can also adjust browser settings to block cookies, but some account and portal features may not work correctly.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help operate the platform, such as hosting providers, database providers, storage providers, payment processors, AI model providers, email or messaging services, analytics tools, security tools, and technical contractors.

We may share information when required by law, legal process, court order, government request, business transfer, security investigation, fraud prevention, rights enforcement, or to protect users, Network Package, or the public.

We do not sell client project content as a standalone product. We do not authorize unrelated third parties to use your submitted manuscript materials to market their own services to you.

7. Client Content and Confidentiality

We understand that book projects may include business ideas, strategies, personal stories, professional frameworks, and unpublished materials. We use project content to provide and improve the service workflow and restrict operational access to people and providers who need it for service delivery, support, security, or compliance.

No internet service can guarantee absolute confidentiality or security. You should avoid submitting materials that require special legal, medical, financial, government, or contractual confidentiality safeguards unless you have separately confirmed that the service is appropriate for that use.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include account authentication, access controls, server security, database controls, encrypted transport where available, and operational monitoring.

You are responsible for using a strong password, keeping login credentials private, and notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

9. Data Retention

We keep account, billing, project, message, and deliverable information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, support downloads, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and improve platform operations.

You may request deletion of your account or project data, but deletion may be limited where retention is needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, security, or legitimate business purposes.

10. Your Choices and Requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of certain account or project information by contacting us through the contact page. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You can update some account information through the client portal. You can also choose not to submit optional source materials, links, images, ISBN details, or copyright fields, though doing so may affect output quality.

11. Payments

When live payment processing is enabled, payment information should be processed by a third-party payment processor. We may receive and store transaction metadata such as plan, payment status, discount, customer identifier, and receipt records, but we do not intend to store full card numbers on our own servers.

12. Children

AIBookWriting.com is intended for adults and business/professional users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

13. International Users

Network Package operates from North Carolina in the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our providers operate.

14. Data Breach Notice

If we discover a security incident that triggers legal notice obligations, we will provide notices as required by applicable law. North Carolina law may require businesses to notify affected residents and report qualifying security breaches involving certain personal information.

15. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit Do Not Track signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to those signals, the site may not respond to them in a uniform way.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, technology, vendors, laws, or business practices change. The effective date at the top of the page will show when the policy was last updated.

17. Contact

Questions or privacy requests can be sent through the contact page at AIBookWriting.com/contact or by email at contact@aibookwriting.com.

This policy should be reviewed before production launch, especially after Stripe, email, analytics, AI vendors, or deployment infrastructure are finalized.
